Sohail Arora is the founder and director of KRUNK, India's finest artist management, bookings and events agency, based out of Mumbai.
Sohail is a full-time member of the Mumbai-based BBC (Bay Beat Collective). BBC – formed in 2009 – was voted #1 Drum N Bass/Dubstep DJ Collective by MyFavDJ.in for 2009 - 2010. Comprising of Sohail Arora and Kris Correya, BBC has opened for acts like Prodigy, Noisia, Alix Perez, Nymfo, LTJ Bukem, DJ Marky, Pendulum & Klute. BBC has played an important role in the rise of the bass music culture in the country.
Founded in 2009, KRUNK specialises in the finest local and international talent within the music industry. KRUNK's wide roster of artists include some of the most forward thinking DJs/producers in the country. In addition to running India’s only Bass Heavy Electronic Music festival called BASS CAMP, which pushes sounds like drum n bass, dubstep, glitch hop, garage, reggae/dub and more, KRUNK also curates festival stages at festivals like Sunburn, Zima Fest and many more.
