Four piece independent act from Chennai, with an eclectic mix of rock n'roll, grunge, funk and blues, Grey Shack describes themselves as an "every place/every person band".

Formed in college, Grey Shack’s first ever ‘gig’ was a city-wide competition that they won at The Unwind Center, Chennai, in September, 2007. A two-year sabbatical and a few line-up changes later, the band released their debut album Step Outside, followed by Country Song – which is part of their EP, The Soundgarden Sessions.

Earlier this year, the band did the country proud and performed at the European Bike Week in FaakerSee, Austria, where they received a tremendous response, and transformed international expectations of what an Indian rock band should sound like.

The band is at present all set to release their new single She Bites – also a part of The Soundgarden Sessions.

Grey Shack features Rohan Sen on vocals, Vikram Vivekanand on guitar, Conrad Simmons on bass and Ramkumar Kanakarajan on drums.
